Description

Part of the Smithfield family, the Smithfield S manages to be both grand and unassuming. Providing direct light through its aluminum body, it is well suited for a variety of environments. Available in black, matte black, mud and white. Its diffuser is injection-molded opalescent PC (polycarbonate). The steel ceiling attachment features a steel suspension cable, and the three-pole electric cable is PTFE double insulation.

G-10 Suspension

Designed in the 1950’s by Greta M. Grossman, the G-10 Pendant is another of her undiscovered designs. The pendant is characterised by its industrial look with a rough surfaced lampshade and clean lines, but at the same time holds a soft, feminine and elegant silhouette - which to some draw associations to a woman’s hat that adorned the streets in the 50’s. Always with a twist of humour, Grossman’s design encourages for playful and experimental installations in pairs or clusters. However, the pendant looks great as a single feature over a dining table as well. The G-10 lamp was produced, as many of Grossman's other work, in both America and her native Sweden, where this collection draws its features after the Swedish version. The lamp was Greta M. Ronde Suspension

With its industrial, yet friendly look Ronde Pendant is well-suited for both home decor and professional environments. Hang a few Ronde Pendants in the kitchen, place the smallest Ronde on each side of the bed or use one of the larger Ronde Pendants above the dining table to set just the right lighting atmosphere. The bell-shaped Ronde Pendant in two sizes has reference to the traditional pendant lamp and the heyday of 1970's lightning design; however, in a modern interpretation. A unique detail of the Ronde Pendant is the opening on the top with an overhanging collar that reminds of a jar such as a vase or an amphora. The mainly downwards directed light from conventional pendants does in this design also spread out of the spout-like opening and casts a smooth light gradient at the wire and ceiling. The hand-turned aluminium lamp shade with an ultra-matt lacquer almost makes it look as if it was made of ceramics. Ronde is in several languages the word for round, circular or rotating but it is also the flat blank used for metal spinning technique, which is rotating around a mould core and shaped to a 3-dimensional body. Bell Suspension

The expression of the Bell pendant lamp is robust, the form is simple. With its industrial, yet friendly look this directional lamp is ideal for both home decors and professional environments. The designers Andreas Lund and Jacob Rudbeck have taken their starting point for the design in the iconic shape of a bell. The lamp's rounded silhouette and matt surface give it the impression of having been cast. The white inner side reflects the light, which falls like a cone and provides practical lighting for several purposes.The designers have payed special attention to the details, emphasizing the gathering point between the cord and the lamp itself in a contemporary way. The tactile differences between the materials create a clean, minimalistic look. The smooth aluminum against the soft rubber creates a discrete but impactful play of materials, giving life to the design. Bell fits beautifully in the kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway and office environment. String Lights Cone Suspension

A play of graceful light overhead, String Lights by Michael Anastassiades adds a streamlined sophistication to your home or office. Providing diffused light, the suspension lamp features a matte black varnished die-cast aluminum body coated with clear soft-touch varnish. The optical diffuser is opal PC (polycarbonate). The suspension system is 12- or 22- meters, with Kevlar reinforced coaxial cable. This fixture should be relaxed and then re-tightened approximately 24-hours after installation. Please note: String Lights should be connected to an on/off switch. Dimming capability is only possible for electronics with an optical mechanism, and can be operated either via an app or by using the sensor on the luminare.
