Device Charging Table Lamps
One of the key elements of good design is balancing, if not combining, form and functionality. Table lamps, being often used within arm's reach where we work and relax, make ideal luminaires to serve double-duty both illuminating our devices and charging them.
This feature suits the lithe futuristic forms of Contour from Pablo and Koncept's Mr. n and Mr. GO! table lights perfectly, but is equally at home in the timelessly classic form of Goldman from Flos.
Koncept's Z-Bar line of desk lamps each has its own specialty from the Original to Slim to Solo. Meanwhile, Flos' D'E-Light table lamp features both an Apple Lightning port and a mini-USB port for maximum adapterless compatibility. Pablo has designed its Corner Office table lamps for maximum productivity with the USB charging ports and integrated privacy screens of the Corner Office 15 and Corner Office 30 designs.
Some brands have begun integrating wireless charging technology as well, such as with Pixo Plus and Talia table lamps from Pablo and Splitty Pro from Koncept, which feature both USB and inductive charging.
