Description

Equatore is a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic lamp with a glass shade. While the traditional abat-jour uses the shade to contain the light source within, in this family of lamps the shade is paradoxically and suggestively empty, with the light being generated by two luminous discs placed inside a central metal band, visible on the shade, that evokes the line of the equator. The light produced by the LEDs, thanks to internal screens arranged in layers, is distributed regularly across the surface of the discs, magically illuminating them. The lower disk directs the light output downward, the upper one illuminates the glass cap for a soft, diffused light. Available in two colors: a cooler version in gray with a dark chrome frame, and a warmer version with a transparent pink cap and a copper-colored frame.Equatore now takes on new oversize dimensions in the hanging version, with a diameter of 48 cm, joining the previous models of 24 and 36. The space it serves goes from domestic to public, from the living room to the grand lounge. New solutions, but with the same open and inclusive light.

With its industrial, yet friendly look Ronde Pendant is well-suited for both home decor and professional environments. Hang a few Ronde Pendants in the kitchen, place the smallest Ronde on each side of the bed or use one of the larger Ronde Pendants above the dining table to set just the right lighting atmosphere. The bell-shaped Ronde Pendant in two sizes has reference to the traditional pendant lamp and the heyday of 1970's lightning design; however, in a modern interpretation. A unique detail of the Ronde Pendant is the opening on the top with an overhanging collar that reminds of a jar such as a vase or an amphora. The mainly downwards directed light from conventional pendants does in this design also spread out of the spout-like opening and casts a smooth light gradient at the wire and ceiling. The expression of the Bell pendant lamp is robust, the form is simple. With its industrial, yet friendly look this directional lamp is ideal for both home decors and professional environments. The designers Andreas Lund and Jacob Rudbeck have taken their starting point for the design in the iconic shape of a bell. The lamp's rounded silhouette and matt surface give it the impression of having been cast. The white inner side reflects the light, which falls like a cone and provides practical lighting for several purposes.The designers have payed special attention to the details, emphasizing the gathering point between the cord and the lamp itself in a contemporary way. Double Pendant Suspension

Double, a new collection of lights, is based on a shape consisting of two elements made from two different materials – glass and lightweight aluminium. These materials depend on one another to generate a unique and consonant form. The glass globe terminating in a metal ring provides a suggestive effect, with the handle on top alluding to the idea of transporting the light. In the pendent variant, which is available in three different shapes, the upper metal section with wire rope seeks equilibrium in the scattered light and shadows as they pass through the lower metal ring and globe, the latter crafted from multiple layers of molten glass that are carefully scrutinized by the master glassmaker prior to blowing. The luminance of the LED light source is softened by a diffusor.
