Established in 2005 in Copenhagen, Denmark, Lightyears is the lighting division of the Republic of Fritz Hansen. Lightyears continuously works with top designers and architects to develop and produce high-quality lamps suitable for all consumers and settings.Lightyears’ key design principle is the concept of "form follows function”, that’s why they create their lights with functionality, aesthetics, and light in mind; allowing for beautiful and functional lights designed that benefits all users.Lightyears’ designs and lighting collection are all manufactured using robust materials from copper and steel to glass and acrylic.
