A passion for creativity and craftsmanship is at the core of every Cerno product. The California-based industrial design firm specializes in LED lighting fixtures designed and manufactured in the United States.
Founded in 2009, the company is helmed by three childhood friends: Daniel Wacholder, Nick Sheridan and Bret Englander. With respective backgrounds in engineering, design and art, one of their first projects was a proposal for an LED light installation for the 2010 Winter Olympics. It wasn’t long before their collaboration became a fully-fledged lighting brand. Since then, Cerno has pushed the boundaries of energy efficient lighting. With a focus on responsibly sourced materials and striking proportions, Cerno signifies a new chapter in contemporary design.
