Founded in Milan by Franco Cassina in 1993, NEMO lighting comes with an Italian design pedigree built on the drive to inspire global audiences.
Through its high-end LED chandeliers and geometric lamps, NEMO choreographs a dance between the detailed craftsmanship of yesteryear and the vision of tomorrow.
Contemporary lights such as Jehs & Laub's candelabra-inspired Crown collection and the cascading methacrylate Uma Chandelier by Giancarlo Tintori offer innovative interpretations of old-fashioned fixtures. Meanwhile, classic lights by Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand, Franco Albini, and Vico Magistretti pepper a well-edited Masters Collection.
Today, NEMO is leading the LED movement with futuristic luminaires that simultaneously recall the artistry and innovation of modernist Italian design at its purest form.
Table LED lamp with aluminum base and methacrylate diffusers. The base is equipped with tracks to freely position the different diffusers to create infinite configurations of light and transparency. Available in two versions, white painted base and colored diffusers and black painted base with neutral and one red diffusers. Dimmable with touch dimmer switch on board.
The Crown is one of Nemo's most iconic collections which include a set of chandeliers, wall and floor lamps, with a modular structure in die-casted aluminum and sandblasted glass diffusers.
Floor and pendant lamps for warm and widespread LED lighting. The body is manufactured through a technology of torsion and misalignment of the extruded aluminum bar allowing for 360 degrees LED emission. This technology was extensively studied by Nemo (patent pending). Heads are in die-casted aluminum. Diffusers are in opal metacrylate. Heads, base and arms are painted in matt white, matt black, titan grey or gold. For the floor version, switch and dimmer are on the cable.
Mini version of the Lampe de Marseille. Aluminum with spun aluminum diffuser available in matt grey or whitewash body and white interior. Switch on the cable. Functional and adjustable light output.
It is composed by two elements in extruded aluminium: depending on versions, body is painted in white, anthracite, champagne and moka, while the main body can be brushed or painted white or anthracite. The LED uplight source is integrated in the body and it creates a widespread light, while a LED source is integrated in the main body for a widespread and adjustable light. Double switch dimmer on the cable.
LED pendant lamp, available in five versions: major, minor, double, triple and mega. Widespread direct or indirect lighting. Extruded aluminum, painted in matt white or black, polished, or glossy gold anodized. Opaline diffuser. Ellisse is manufactured through a proprietary technology to combine the extruded bars (patent pending).
Family of pendant, wall and ceiling lamps, with elements in extruded aluminium. Opal polycarbonate diffusers, for a warm and ambient lighting. Ceiling version with a 340° rotation for the ceiling fixed element while the other element is adjustable by 90°.
Bird is a unique project, a synthesis of constant ambition, design awareness and engineering. An object that rests – and balances – on the edge of any surface: the body oscillates and moves, but always returns to a horizontal position thanks to a vertical brass counterweight. The light source, incorporated in the arm, rotates around its own axis, for diffused direct and indirect lighting of great impact.
