A new twist on the classic globe light, Crescent Table Lamp is an illuminated sphere sliced asymmetrically in half to reveal a crescent-shaped brushed brass fascia. The sliced sphere is nestled on a ring of brushed brass. At 40cm / 15.75 in diameter and containing a high power LED bulb, Crescent Table Lamp has presence and luminosity, seamlessly combining the solid and the opaque.

In the 1990s, Rodolfo Dordoni designed a collection of table, floor and suspension lamps for Foscarini in brightly coloured blown glass, named after the nstural elements: Fruits, Blossom and Buds. Today, Buds has been restyled again, interpreting contemporary taste with a sophisticated wealth and focus on materials. The star of the design remains blown-glass, with a five-layer hand-crafted process, which is immediately evident thanks to the larger cut of the diffuser. Sfera Portable/Table

Sfera Portable is a new rechargeable outdoor light that comes in two sizes. It is one of the latest additions to the BROKIS outdoor lighting portfolio. Sfera Portable is based on the idea of a small spheres of light set within a poured concrete base with the same subtle multiangular detail used throughout the Sfera family. The delicate sphere of handblown matte or gloss glass resides beneath a stainless-steel hoop, which serves as a handle for moving the light from one place to another. The concrete base houses not only the charging module but also a sensitive touch dimmer with which to adjust the brightness. Sfera Portable is fitted with an LED light source with diffusor and meets the safety and technological standards of the IP44 rating for outdoor use. The sphere as a timeless and perfect shape whose allure never ceases to capture the imagination. Handblown glass anchored in a raw, almost brutalist concrete base is an excellent match for modern architecture, but it can also be used to great effect when set in contrast with historical architecture. Pinecone Table

Pinecone is a pendant and table lamp mounting a blown glass diffuser, available in the glossy transparent or milky white acid-etched version. The diffuser is manufactured using the ancient caged blown glass technique: the glass maker blows the molten glass blob into a metal cage, which only partly contains the blob's natural expansion. In this way, the glass surface is partly trapped by and partly escapes the cage, generating an impression of tension as the object struggles to free itself from its harness; the cage is further enriched by the galvanic treatment that makes it look polished and brilliant. The transparent version, in particular, reveals a two-fold structure that multiplies the scenic effect, while the metal cage pattern projects kaleidoscopic shade effects on the surrounding surfaces. On the contrary, in the white version the glass delicately envelops the cage surface and enhances its geometric pattern, generating an elegant and visually pleasing diffuse light.
