Shear is where the Bert Frank story began. The original design that defined the brand’s language — functional, refined, and quietly glamorous.
Balancing modernist restraint with a sense of warmth, Shear brings together precision-machined brass and spun metal shades in a form that’s at once practical and elegant. Its conical silhouette and thoughtful adjustability make it ideal for focused, intimate light — from reading corners to workspaces — while its sculptural geometry ensures it never fades into the background.
Offered as a pendant, wall, table and floor lamp, Shear is the definition of versatility. Each piece expresses the same understated confidence: timeless, architectural, and endlessly adaptable. The kind of light that feels at home with any style.
