The HeadHat Plate pendant lamp has a polished metal shade that projects wide, glare-free lighting. The proportion of diffusion varies according to shade size. Available in three sizes; small, medium and large, and in four colourful finishes; white, berry blue, hematite red and truffle brown. The HeadLED system and its light capsule allows for a single capsule (head) to fit different shades (hats). Now the iconic Shadows collection by Lucie Koldova and Dan Yeffet is ready to illuminate exterior settings. Shadows is a take on the famed, timeless lights found in French ateliers, and its typology pays tribute to that legacy. Identical in appearance to the original Shadows, the new collection complies with the IP54 rating for exterior use: the handmade wooden body used in the indoor lights has been replaced with a two-piece weatherproof dural body, its subtle form and finish accentuated by a recessed LED light source. Special integrated connectors developed by BROKIS make it easy to install the lights in large sets as well as maintain and clean them. The precision craftsmanship of master glassblowers gives the lights a distinctive, unequalled character and quality. The shades are made from multiple layers of molten glass, each of which is given careful attention before being blown into the mould. The lights can be arranged in diverse compositions based on the needs of the customer or used as solitary exterior lighting elements. The Semi Pendant is a unique pendant lamp, based on two quarter-circles put together, back-to-back. It's distinctive arch-shaped, enamelled metal shade creates a diffused, cone-shaped light, ideal over a dining table or kitchen work surface. With its lightness of form, unique timeless design and range of colours and sizes, the Semi Pendant is extremely versatile and well suited to both private and public spaces. The Semi Pendant was designed in 1968 as a product of the creative partnership between Claus Bonderup and Torsten Thorup. Reacting against the soft organic forms, the so-called cosy era, that was dominating Denmark at the time, Bonderup and Thorup wanted to create a lamp that incorporated sharp, clean lines and a geometric shape. Their design was submitted for a competition at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture and won first prize. Blown SW3 Suspension

Blown is Samuel Wilkinson’s first lamp for &tradition. A mouth-blown pendant with a quilted pattern, it comes in two versions: a translucent variant with a silver lustre and a sandblasted white one. The pendant is fitted with a powder-coated cast metal suspension. The pendant was conceived as an exploration of the reflections, distortions, and refractions of a light source when surrounded by patterned glass. Wilkinson explains the wide range of inspirations he looked to when developing Blown: “Like with any project, you start with an idea, and then you start looking at the world through a sort of filter. I’ve looked at antique ceramics, old glass pieces, lenses from very old lamps, lighthouses, even a mirrored bottle, just to see the way the light comes off it.” Wilkinson even sought inspiration in seeds and berries - particularly raspberries - for the quilted texture of the glass. Blown makes a statement as a standalone item, but works equally as well in clusters or in succession. The two versions cater to a range of interiors, with the sandblasted variant providing a subtle, sophisticated glow, while the translucent version transforms the space it inhabits with the intricate textures and patterning.	&tradition	No

Shadows Shade Suspension

The Shadows collection is a take on the famed, timeless lights found in French ateliers, and its typology pays tribute to that legacy. The combination of handblown glass, handcrafted wood, and classic shaping has given rise to a light of ageless elegance. The collection comprises four different suspension lights, as striking alone as they are in sets, characterized by a handblown glass shade set upon on a handcrafted wooden body. The clean contours and finish are accentuated by the concealed light source. The Shadows collection is special not only for its wide spectrum of glass colour options, surface finishes, and types of wood but also because the lights can be combined into sets according to customer requirements. They are intended for interiors and, thanks to multiple combination possibilities, are well suited to a broad range of installations.
